NATIONAL RECOGNITION
FRM – Fábrica de Rolamentos e Mancais Ltda began its activities in 1980, dedicating itself to the manufacture of bearings, bearing sets and bearings. With the aim of offering quality solutions and services and meeting the needs of its customers, since its foundation, FRM has invested in improving its machines and equipment and in the qualification of its employees. FRM's vertical manufacturing structure, from project development, model manufacturing, casting, painting, machining, assembly and shipping, guarantees flexibility, agility and quality that satisfies its most demanding customers. Serious and dynamic work resulted in today's FRM, an industry that, in addition to manufacturing the widest range of bearings, also manufactures rubber covers and cartridges, bearing sets and castings.

FRM Fundição e Peças Ltda., established in 2008 to initially meet the internal demand of FRM Fábrica de Rolamentos e Mancais Ltda., expanded its scope to serve several companies. Certified with ISO 9001:2015, the company constantly seeks to improve the quality of its products and the qualifications of its team. With its own engineering, modeling and molding processes, it guarantees flexibility and quality in customer service.
Its modern testing laboratory ensures material specification, while the choice between raw or machined product is at the customer's discretion. The installed capacity of FRM Fundição e Peças Ltda. reaches 400 tons of gray, nodular iron and steel per month, with electric induction furnaces capable of melting 2,250 kg of metal per batch. The molding processes, both pep set and cold box, can be manual or automated, depending on demand and volume.
